Prices and Availability

The cost of rent for this villa is based on the current rate of the NZ Dollar, and on a per week basis. Extra costs would be applied if extra services are need, cleaning services are not apart of the rent but can be provided on request.

January to March $275 Per Week
April to June $329 Per Week
July to September $395 Per Week
October to December $ 275 Per Week

Deposits can be made in advance and full paid rent is paid every end of the month, the deposit is not refundable, also the rent is on a first come first serve basis.
