The villa is near Auckland, one of the main cities and the capital of New Zealand,

Auckland can be found in the North Eastern part of the country, it lies between the Hauraki Gulf
of the Pacific Ocean, to the east, is Hunua Ranges and to the south-east, the Manukau Harbour
to the south-west, and the Waitakere Ranges and smaller ranges to the west and north-west.
Auckland is known as the "City of Sails" because the harbour is filled with hundreds of yachts and has more than in any other city in the world around 120,000 yachts and launches maybe more.
Many national treasures are displayed at the Auckland Art Gallery, such as the work of Colin McCahon, while many other significant cultural artefacts reside at the Auckland War Memorial Museum, the National Maritime Museum, or the Museum of Transport and Technology.
Dolphin and whale watching is very popular for entertainment, the secluded beaches offer native bush walks and visits to historic towns and attractions. It is a clean and green location in this part of New Zealand. If you are more adventurous there is sea kayaking, para-sailing, sky diving, water skiing, scuba diving as some of the other activities available. There are tennis courts and golf ranges are close by for those golfing enthusiasts the golf range offers a very good course of holes along cliff lines and coast.
